2. Service Categories
Our services fall into the following categories:
- Project-Based Services: Custom software development, web/mobile app development
- Retainer Services: Ongoing maintenance, support contracts
- Consulting Services: IT consulting, strategy sessions
- Subscription Services: Monthly/annual service subscriptions
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Project-Based Services
- Full refund available if cancellation is made within 48 hours of payment and before work commences
- Partial refund calculated based on work completed if cancelled after project initiation
- No refund after project milestone approval and deliverable acceptance
3.2 Retainer & Subscription Services
- Cancellation effective at the end of the current billing period
- No partial month refunds for monthly subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refund available within first 30 days
3.3 Consulting Services
- Full refund if session is cancelled 24 hours in advance
- 50% refund for cancellations within 24 hours
- No refund for no-shows or same-day cancellations
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Submit a refund request via email to [email protected]
- Include your order/invoice number and reason for refund
- Refund requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
5. Cancellation Policy

5.2 Cancellation Fees
- Projects: Payment for completed work plus 10% of remaining contract value
- Subscriptions: No cancellation fee, service continues until period end
- Custom development: As per individual contract terms
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Third-party software licenses purchased on your behalf
- Domain registrations and SSL certificates
- Cloud hosting fees (AWS, Azure, GCP) paid on your behalf
- Completed and approved project milestones
- Emergency or rush service fees
7. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision, you may:
- Request a review by contacting our management team
- Provide additional documentation supporting your claim
- For Razorpay payments, you may also contact Razorpay support
8. Payment Security
All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your credit/debit card details on our servers. Your financial information is encrypted and securely transmitted.
