5. Acceptance of Deliverables

  • Written acceptance required before proceeding to next phase
  • Silence after review period may constitute deemed acceptance

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

For ongoing services (maintenance, support), we commit to:

  • Response Time: Initial response within 4-24 hours based on priority
  • Critical Issues: Resolution within 24-48 hours
  • Standard Issues: Resolution within 3-5 business days
  • Feature Requests: Scheduled for upcoming sprint cycles

7. Delays and Communication

In case of any delays:

  • Clients will be notified promptly of any anticipated delays
  • Revised timelines will be communicated in writing
  • Delays caused by client (pending approvals, feedback, resources) may extend delivery dates
  • Force majeure events are handled as per contract terms

8. Intellectual Property Transfer

Upon full payment:

  • Complete source code ownership transfers to client
  • All documentation and assets are delivered
  • Third-party licenses are transferred or documented
  • Deployment credentials and access are handed over

No Physical Shipping

As a software development company, we do not ship physical products. All our deliverables are digital and transmitted electronically. There are no shipping charges, customs duties, or physical delivery concerns associated with our services.
