Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Pandasdroid Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Pandasdroid provides software development, IT consulting, and technology solutions including:

• Custom software development
• Mobile application development
• Web development and design
• Cloud solutions and infrastructure
• AI and machine learning solutions
• IT consulting and strategy

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Provide necessary access and resources for project completion
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables promptly

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all fees, the client receives ownership of the deliverables as specified in the project agreement. We retain the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the project. Any pre-existing intellectual property remains with its original owner.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, customer data, and any other sensitive information.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• Work may be suspended for overdue accounts
• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified

6.1 Payment Processing

All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to:

• Razorpay's terms of service and privacy policy
• Authorize us to collect payments through your chosen payment method
• Provide accurate billing and payment information
• Accept that payment confirmation may take up to 24 hours to reflect

6.2 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods through Razorpay:

• Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, RuPay)
• Debit Cards
• Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
• Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Amazon Pay)
• Bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)

6.3 Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Please refer to our dedicated Refund Policy page for complete details on eligibility, process, and timelines.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhawanipatna, Odisha.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
